The Double

The group consists of a heat exchanger with two brass cylinders inside the boiler, which create water circulation. This design enables uniform and stable water heating. Furthermore, the group guarantees maximum creaminess for any coffee blend and temperature stability, even when preparing several coffees one after another.

This allows for the adjustment of lever pressure to find the optimal compression for the different types of coffee capsules available on the market. In fact, the capsule press can be rotated manually without the use of tools. By rotating it to the right, the lever becomes softer; by rotating it to the left, the lever becomes harder. Additionally, wear on the gasket or normal mechanical wear of the components can be easily compensated for, without the need for a technician's intervention.

Only Aroma machines have removable filter holders. With a few simple movements, it is possible to completely dismantle the filter holder and clean it easily. A fixed filter holder does not allow the elimination of coffee residues that accumulate inside. Washing the filter holder with water only once a week allows you to always get the best performance from your coffee machine.
